With over 20 years' experience in the hospitality industry, Marvin Holder is truly a global citizen. His Caribbean background fuels his positive vibe, while his prestigious Culinary Institute of America degree has evolved his precise attention to detail and second-nature skill.

Marvin carries with him an international repertoire, having venues such as Barcelona Wine and Tapas Bar, various Merivale establishments, Vue de Monde, The Breakers and Kokomo Private Island on his resume. His exceptional culinary skills and dynamic personality make him the life of every party!
